Mission
Establish socio-environmental projects based on technical studies and with a community focus in Latin America and the Caribbean that are a contribution to the development of Sustainable Communities.
Vision
That sustainable Communities promote tools and / or mechanisms that guarantee quality of life and social justice in harmony with the preservation of the environment.
GENERAL PURPOSE
Promote local technical empowerment under the Sustainable Communities approach, facilitating training spaces and generation of socio-environmental initiatives in partnership with the public, private and academic sectors.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
1. Promote strategies for environmental education, awareness and social promotion with a community focus at the service of water.

2. Design and implement socio-environmental projects that are a contribution to tourism development and cultural / rural community tourism.

3. Establish a network of strategic alliances with companies, institutions, NGOs and community organizations that guarantee the generation and receipt of the necessary resources to implement short-term socio-environmental solutions.

4. Develop strategies at the regional and multisectoral level for the creation of green project incubators that are a contribution to community empowerment.
